BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Bookings are accepted on a ‘by-the-guest’ space availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please CONTACT US for available times, pricing, and special offers. Reservations can be secured with a 25% deposit of the charter fee, or $500.00, whichever is greater. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations up to 60 days prior to departure = deposit refunded less $100.00 administration fee. 60-45 days prior = refund of charter fee less the deposit (if re-booked, deposit refunded less $100.00 administration fee). Less than 45 days prior = no refund (if re-booked, refund provided less booking deposit).
  • Prices do not include applicable tax (13% HST).
  • Payments can be made by Pay Pal, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. 
  • Security deposit:
    For Bareboat Plan charters, a security deposit of $4,000 is required before boarding the vessel. A credit card can be used and will not be processed. In the event there is no damage or loss to the vessel or its equipment, the credit card slip will be returned to you soon after the charter has been completed.  NO security deposit is required for any crewed charters (All-Inclusive and Skipper Plans).
  • Longer charters are typically quoted with a discount. For example, a two-week charter is 10% lower for the second week.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed NOT to change once a deposit has been received. Rates on quotations are guaranteed not to change for 30 days from the date of the quote.
  • Charter rates do not include the gratuity. It is common practice with skippered charters to tip the Captain/Crew between 10% and 20% in accordance with your level of satisfaction with the service provided.
  • A Guest Package will be provided upon receipt of your deposit which includes a Welcome Letter, an invoice marked paid, a Journey Planner (All-Inclusive Plan > one day), a Liability Waiver, and BIO of your Captain or crew/cook where applicable.

  • Guests are advised a valid passport is required when crossing borders in the Caribbean.
