ABOUT Our Bareboat Charters and Teaching Georgian Bay/Caribbean Charters
COSMOS Yacht Charters provides unique bareboat sailing charters in Georgian Bay / North Channel (Lake Huron).
Our charter company is operating all year round providing bareboat charters on Georgian Bay. We are providing sailing courses in Georgian Bay during the Summer months and in the Caribbean during the Winter months with a third party operator.
Our Charter Base in Georgian Bay / North Channel is operating out of Georgian Bay’s finest full service marina, Bay Port Yachting Centre, located in Midland, Ontario. Our third party operator’s winter charter base is located in the Caribbean.
Our FLEXIBILITY includes Choices of Georgian Bay Charters:
- The “Bareboat Plan”* provides the yacht and allows qualified guests to charter the vessel themselves without a Captain, and they do their own provisioning.
- Cruise & Learn Courses (Sail Canada accreditation)
*NOTE: The “Bareboat Plan” is available to qualified guests that are chartering for a week or longer. Previous experience with bareboat chartering of keel boats is a pre-requisite to qualify.
