COSMOS Yacht Charters expanded its Cruise & Learn Program and is now offering Sail Canada Courses (formerly the Canadian Yachting Association – CYA) while cruising in the Heart of Georgian Bay, the 30000 Islands area, the North Channel and the Caribbean.
