do their own provisioning. COSMOS reserves the right to refuse a bareboat charter, if in its view, the
charterer lacks the necessary skill and competence to navigate and
handle the vessel safely. In this case, the client will be required to hire a Captain at their expense
for the charter or part of the charter.
