BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS
GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL:
Our bookings and payment terms are explained below.
For Bareboat Charters, reservations can be secured with a $2,000.00 deposit for each week reserved or 25% of the charter fee, whichever is greater. The Balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 60 days prior to departure = deposit refunded less $300.00 administration fee. 60-45 days prior = refund of charter fee less the deposit (if re-booked, deposit refunded less $300.00 administration fee). Less than 45 days prior = no refund (if re-booked, refund provided less booking deposit).

Prices do not include applicable tax (13% HST).
Payments can be made by Pay Pal (sender pays any fees), INTERAC Electronic Funds Transfer (our preferred method), Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. There is a 3% charge when a credit card is used for payment.
Longer bareboat charters are typically quoted with a discount. For example, a two-week charter will have a discount applied to the second week booking.
Security deposit:
For Bareboat Plan charters, a security deposit of $15,000 CAD$ is required when boarding the vessel. A credit card can be used and will not be processed. In the event there is no damage or loss to the vessel or its equipment, the credit card slip will be destroyed or returned to the client within a week after the bareboat charter has been completed.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed NOT to change once a deposit has been received.
A Guest Package will be provided upon receipt of your deposit which includes a Welcome Letter, an Invoice with deposit marked paid, a Credit Card Authorization for Payment Form, and a Liability Waiver.
CARIBBEAN:
During the Winter months, we operate as a Central Agent in the Caribbean through a third party operator providing Sail Canada and American Sailing Association courses with provisioning.
Bookings are accepted on a ‘by-the-guest’ space availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please Contact Us for available times, pricing, and special offers for Caribbean Courses and Cruises.
