BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS

GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL:

• For Crewed Charters, bookings are accepted on a ‘by-the-guest’ space availability on a first come, first serve basis. Please CONTACT US for available times, pricing, and terms.

  Reservations can be secured with a 25% deposit of the charter fee, or $500.00, whichever is greater. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

• For Bareboat Charters, reservations can be secured with a $1,000.00 deposit or 25% of the charter fee, whichever is greater. The Balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Cancellations up to 60 days prior to departure = deposit refunded less $300.00 administration fee. 60-45 days prior = refund of charter fee less the deposit (if re-booked, deposit refunded less $300.00 administration fee). Less than 45 days prior = no refund (if re-booked, refund provided less booking deposit).

• All prices are in Canadian funds.  Refer to GEORGIAN BAY / NORTH CHANNEL PRICING

• Prices do not include applicable tax (13% HST).
  
  
• Payments can be made by Pay Pal (sender pays any fees), INTERAC Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. There is a 3% charge when a credit card is used for payment.

• Security deposit:
  For Bareboat Plan charters only, a security deposit of $6,000 is required before boarding the vessel. A credit card can be used and will not be processed. In the event there is no damage or loss to the vessel or its equipment, the credit card slip will be destroyed or returned to you soon after the charter has been completed.  NO security deposit is required for any crewed charters (All-Inclusive and Skipper Plans).

• Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed NOT to change once a deposit has been received. 

• Crewed charter rates do not include the gratuity. It is common practice with skippered charters to tip the Captain/Crew between 10% and 20% in accordance with your level of satisfaction with the service provided.

• A Guest Package will be provided upon receipt of your deposit which includes a Welcome Letter, an invoice marked paid, a Journey Planner (All-Inclusive Plan > one day), Sunset Dinner Planner (Sunset Cruises Only), a Liability Waiver, and BIO of your Captain or crew/chef where applicable.

CARIBBEAN:

• Prices do NOT include applicable taxes.

• Prices do NOT include permit fees and departure taxes levied in the British Virgin Islands.

• Longer charters are typically quoted with a discount. For example, a two-week charter is 10% lower for the second week. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed NOT to change once a deposit has been received. 

• Charter rates do not include the gratuity. As in the hospitality industry, it is common practice with professionally crewed charters to tip the Captain/Crew between 10% and 20% in accordance with your level of satisfaction with the service provided.

• Guests are advised a valid passport is required when crossing borders in the Caribbean.
